VITELBIO (VIrtual TELluric BIOreactors)

VITELBIO is a simulation tool for studying networks of interconnected chemostat models with the objective of mimicking microbial activities in heterogeneous media, such as the soil. This software, that has been developed with the help of ITK Company, is accessible on a server from any web navigator [ (https://sites.google.com/site/vitelbio/logiciel )] and makes use of Flex for the user interface and Octave for the numerical integration. It is is no longer maintained but serves as a teaching support.
